The City-Builders

The Humans

The Jur’ngans

The human-like inhabitants of the isolated Shattered Sea, the island-dwelling jur’ngans are a race of warriors who once shook Solitude to its core.

The Eyra

A diminutive race resembling large-eared and silky-furred weasels, eyra are perhaps the most social of Solitude’s races.

The Nar-Kobolds

The largest and most dangerous kobold species and the only ones to build permanent settlements, the Nar-Kobolds were once thought to be extinct.

The Elfkin

The descendants of human and elf ancestors, elfkin and are blessed with with a variety of physical and mental gifts.

The jungle dwelling insects known as the Naz rarely allow other races into their domains, but those lucky few who have glimpsed their hives say they are cities like no other.

The Nomads and Wild-Dwellers

The Siska

The huge and stoic lizard-folk live in colonies throughout the wilds of Solitude. They have limited interaction with other races and are peaceful unless provoked.

The Viz-Kobolds

Wanderers of the far north, the viz-kobolds are lesser known than their southern cousins. What is apparent however, is that they are one of the most aggressive and resilient races in all the world.

The Thirapsi

The strange and rare thirapsi only arrived in Solitude a few centuries ago, but their nomadic family groups have already spread to many isolated corners of the world.

The Lo-Kobolds

The lesser kobolds roam throughout the world raiding and pillaging as they go. Though seen as irredeemable villains by many, the truth may be slightly more complicated.

The Lost and Little-known

The Elves

The first inhabitants of Solitude and the kin-race of the gods, the elves once served as the protectors of world peace. However, when the majority of their race was destroyed in the Reaving, the remainder integrated into human societies and the mingling of the two races resulted in the elfkin hybrids who exist to this day.

The Sylvan

Until recently, the mysterious and incredibly rare flower-people were believed to be nothing but fanciful myth. Nothing is known of their origin except that they have only been sighted near the unexplored jungle region known as Evendark.

The Lemerians

Despite being the second-largest of the migrant races, the monkey-like Lemerians were always a shy and reclusive people. None have been seen since the Reaving, and many scholars fear the worst. But hope yet remains as the majority of their peoples lived in the far east, which is largely unexplored in modern times.

The Vrain

The most elusive, and possibly most dangerous race on Solitude, these deadly reptilians were known only as bogeymen, spoken of in ghost stories in eastern lands. Their existence was only confirmed within the last decade, when a body was discovered and examined by Imperial officials.
